All items are shipped via United States Postal Service or UPS. I do my best to ship within 5 business days of purchase. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Shipping International

Currently, international shipping is available to Canada, UK, and Australia. If you would like to ship international (other than these countries) please contact me via email or instagram and I will be happy to quote you a shipping price to the destination of your choosing.

All sales are final.

On the rare occasion that an item is damaged in transit, please follow the following steps…

1. Contact me immediately. contact@chrishosbachceramics.com

2. Photograph the extent of the damages, paying close attention to damage to the packaging.
